FULL SERVICE
Agreement

 (SIR) Shaw Employee Management, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Company"
and the undersigned hereafter referred to as "Client" agree to the following:

 

The undersigned hereby agrees to accept SIR’s Shaw Employee Management, Inc. service as outline below,
including unemployment tax control, sexual harassment,
discrimination and labor management consulting which will include the following:
The monthly fee $100.00 a month for employers with 25 employees or less plus a $4.00 per employee per month charge for each employee 26 through 150. After you sign up for the service you will be contacted to to complete paper work and setup. Employers with over 151 employees will be contacted about the service fees. The setup fee of $100.00 will be billed on the first of the next month. ( See refund procedures below **** ) The monthly billing will start after the 90 days on the first day of the next month.

Services Include:

          1. Processing all claims for unemployment benefits claims filed against the Client. Which includes
           collection and review of  information as to the reason the claimant is no longer employed, and/or the
           reason for a termination or quit.

2. File statements with the corresponding State Agencies (Unemployment, Labor, Federal or State EEOC) to ensure proper determinations are made by the departments, in order to prevent wrongful charges to your company tax account.

3. Review all determinations State Agencies and file appeals to administrative judges, as appropriate.

4. Prepare Client and select persons to attend hearings and conduct a pre-hearing conferences.

5. Help inform witnesses of hearing proceedings so they can be prepared to provide truthful testimony at the hearing.

6. Appeal unfavorable decisions received from a hearing officer, as appropriate.

7. Present written argument to appeals boards.

8. Review all charges made to your unemployment tax account and protest the benefits which should not have been charged to your company.

9. Provide master copies online, on computers and CD of the necessary employee forms to control your Unemployment Tax, Labor, and EEOC claims. (warning, suspension, termination, I-9's W-4's) which help clients to hire and fire without fear.

10. Maintain a record of all claims filed against your company and provide you with a yearly analysis.

11. SIR will provide training for officers, owners, managers, and supervisors, in proper management procedures including how to use forms and employee documentation, employee relations, labor requirements, EEOC, Unemployment Tax Control, and the required mandate for sexual harassment and discrimination training. Training is provided through video, CD, DVD, internet web pages and/or telephone consultation.

12. Provide telephone counseling, "do and don't training."

          13. Training and testing is provided by CD and on-line.

Employee Tax Returns 1040's
Employee who earn less then $38,000 a year should receive  (EIC) Earn Income Credit from their Income Tax return each year. 
We know that 99% of the "Professional" Companies who do tax returns  do not apply for the EIC.
The State of California Recognizing the loss to Californians of Billions of dollars from this Federal tax, Passed a law in 2007 which  started January 2008 that requires employers to give written notice to employees about the EIC they should apply for on returns. SIR  & SEM Through accounting associates prepare 1040 tax returns for employees at 50% less the other companies, plus we review employees last three years and amend tax returns to get the EIC the employees deserve.
